SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

Online
Applying online is the most efficient way to submit and manage
your child’s application. Using the parent dashboard, your online Application Deadlines
account will allow you to track the status of your application.
Applying online gives you priority access to the lottery results.
Prior to applying for a Choice program, we encourage you to
attend the Open House for each Choice program to which you
intend to apply. Please contact the school for Open House December 10, 2021
information.

How to Apply
Go to mypbchoiceapp.com on your computer, tablet, or The Conservatory School @ North Palm Beach
smartphone. (Music–Band and Music–Orchestral Strings)
1. Click “Apply Now” under the Choice Programs column. (grades 6–8)

2. Create your private account using an email address and a (All programs)
password. If you already have an account that was previously
created, you must enter that information to access your Boynton Beach Community High School Arts
programs
account. If you now use a different email address than (Dance, Digital Media, Music—Band, Music—Vocal,
what you set up in the past and need to update your

allow you to attach your student's profile to more than one programs

Paper Application
A paper application will be accepted if access to the online
application is limited. The paper application must be submitted
during published application deadlines.

Scan this QR code to add the icon to the
Reminders home screen of your mobile device.
The students' address must be updated at his/her current school.
A separate application must be submitted for each child applying
for a Choice program.
Remember to “Submit” your application or it will not be
considered in the Choice lottery. Your application status can be
viewed on the parent dashboard upon login.
