STATEWIDE STANDARDIZED ASSESSMENTS

Pursuant to Florida Statute § 1008.22(3) and State Board of Education Rule 6A-1.09422(2)&(3),
all eligible students in Grades 3 and above must participate in all State and District
assessments for accountability purposes, except as prescribed by the Commissioner of
Education or waived for medical reasons. The table below provides an overview of the Florida
Standards Assessment (FSA), Statewide Science Assessment, and the End-of-Course (EOC)
Assessments and the grade levels in which they are administered.
