The Records Management staff poured an immense amount of hard work into making this a success, but I want to specifically recognize Andreina Ramesar and Karine Thibodeau for their outstanding contributions. They both truly went above and beyond, putting in the extra effort and attention to detail required to ensure everything came together seamlessly. Their commitment to this project was invaluable. It has been a long journey. My son has struggled heavily with mental health issues. The last 4 years of my life, as a single mother, have been incredibly difficult. It%u2019s been hard to keep up with where his records are, and every single task seems to take a very long time to complete. Today I had the pleasure of working with one of your coworkers - Renea. I am writing to let you know what a breath of fresh air it was. Renea was kind, helpful, and even took the time out of her day to try to point me in the right direction with some additional questions I have. Life has been hard, and today was just a moment where another human extended kindness and offered help when it was needed. It is important to me that I make sure you know how much that little act of kindness meant to me. I appreciate all of the (under appreciated) work you guys do to help moms like me.
