FROM: Vicki A. Alderman, Health Services Specialist
     SUBJECT: Excellent Technical Support

Mr. Jareem Gamble provided excellent technical support to me with the Adobe Presenter
program. He was skillful, kind, patient and thorough. Jareem took the time to assist
me and with his expertise the presentation was completed. Jareem is an asset to the IT
department. Thank you for having such a valuable employee.

FROM: Kara Rubinson, General Manager, IT Enterprise Applications
SUBJECT: Thanks for Sending Randy & Jordano to Raptor Drills

Good Morning Jorge, Thank you again for sending Randy DeMello & Jordano Reyes to our
Raptor drills this week. They both were really great & it was so nice to have Network
     Services representation during the drills.

FROM: Laurie Pieter, Palm Beach Day Academy
     SUBJECT: Thank You

Dear Karine Thibodeau, I just wanted to reach out and tell you thanks for your help
with my student issue. You were finally the person who had an answer and you took the
time to reach out with a reply. You are highly appreciated for this small gesture.
Have a wonderful week! Warmest Regards.

FROM: Lee Kolbert, Manager, Performance Accountability
     SUBJECT: Bulletins App

Very exciting! Thank you so much Ron Monbleau and Zoey Aaron!!! You are experts at
listening to the Voice of the Customer. I’m thrilled that we will get to launch this
summer! This Bulletins App has been a long time in the works and the value it will
bring will make it all well worth it!

FROM: Patrick Tsang, ERP Functional Specialist
     SUBJECT: Closure Notification

Mike and Glenn, Thank you for working many hours of tweaking and testing to resolve
the performance issue. I really appreciate your efforts.

FROM: Charles Caraccio, STST, Palm Springs Middle
     SUBJECT: Kudos

I want to send a kudos for Zoey Aaron and her Chrome Device app. Her quick turnaround
and constant request for (and response to) feedback from pilot users has resulted in
a simple, but robust app that has made a huge quality of life improvement for school
techs, especially for EOTY device collection.

I also want to send a kudos to Ricky Saturnini and Jareem Gamble for building the
Destiny PowerBi report. Having a daily-updated, macro view of our school’s inventory,
with the ability to focus in on problem areas/users, is another huge quality of life
improvement for school techs and administration.
