IT INFRASTRUCTURE

Chris Persaud was the Direc-
tor of IT’s Technical Operations
Department from 2012 through
2020, when he left the District to
become the CIO for the City of
Riviera Beach. In August 2022,
Chris returned to the District and
his former job. Recently, after
Dave Wilhelm resigned, Chris
was selected to replace him as
Director of IT Infrastructure and
Systems Support. The IT Infra-
structure Director is responsible
for all District servers, networking,
phone systems, and the Systems
Response Center (SRC). Chris is
very pleased to have rejoined the
District and loves the challenges
associated with the new wave of
technology. He also loves to get
feedback about the technology in
our schools from his three school
aged kids. We are very happy
Chris made the decision to return
to the District and we look forward
to working with him again in his
new capacity.
