HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Horticulture Available School Options
The Horticulture program provides course work in a variety of agricultural and horticultural
areas. The program operates a working nursery as well as upgrading and maintaining Choice: None available
planted areas around campus. Students develop skill and knowledge in areas such as In–House
plant identification, forestry practices, and animal husbandry. Each student is required · Jupiter Community High
to create and complete a horticultural project as well as community service activities.
There are no eligibility criteria required for students applying to this program.
Information Technology Available School Options
The Information Technology program offers an innovative, integrated learning
environment focused on computers, technology, and communications. The Choice

International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme Available School Options
The IB Diploma Programme (DP) is an academically challenging and balanced program
of education that prepares students in grades 11–12 for effective participation in a Grades 9–10: IB MYP | Grades 11–12: IB DP
rapidly globalizing world and for postsecondary success in college and career. Students Choice

and Spanish or French for high school credit are highly recommended to prepare
students for the rigor of the program. All students applying to this program must
meet the following eligibility criteria: 3.0 GPA. Students must also be enrolled in
or have completed Algebra I or Algebra 1 Honors. Verification of enrollment in
the required math courses is required at time of application submission. Proof of
completion of the required courses must be submitted via email by June 2, 2025
to the school's Choice Coordinator:
