HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Tourism, Hospitality, and Resort Management Available School Options
Tourism, Hospitality, and Resort Management program is a college preparatory
curriculum that integrates unique high school courses with practical internships and Choice
business leadership training. Students participate in project–based learning, field · Forest Hill Community High
trips and job shadowing within the multiple segments of the hospitality cluster. · Olympic Heights Community High
Students learn about cultures and destinations worldwide while exploring high · Palm Beach Gardens Community High
level career opportunities in the world’s largest hotel and resort industry. Students In–House: None available
have the opportunity to attend a yearly conference designed exclusively by Palm
Beach County’s Industry Leaders and take part in competitions and leadership
training workshops. The Tourism, Hospitality, and Resort Management program is
part of the National Academy Foundation (NAF), established to promote academy
excellence. There are no eligibility criteria required for students applying to
these programs.

keep a resort of thar size up and
running.
Throughout the school year,
students across many programs
have the opportunity to particiate
in industry tours and explore the
career fields they are studying to
enter after graduation.
Visual Arts Available School Options
The Visual Arts program encourages its students to explore personal visions through
a variety of mediums and materials. Visual Arts students are offered coursework that Choice

Our visual arts program combines in-class lectures to familiarize students with the
fundamentals of their discipline, instructor-supervised workshops to ensure students
are comfortable with their equipment and independent projects that allow students
to bring their ideas to life. All students applying to these programs must meet
the following eligibility criteria: 2.0 GPA. *A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts and
Boynton Beach Community High also require an eligible audition score.
