FY26 events included:%u2022 The back-to-school ice cream social celebrated the District%u2019s %u201cA%u201d rating, allowing employees to reconnect in a welcoming environment before the start of the new school year.%u2022 Creativity and camaraderie were central to the annual Halloween Costume Contest, with staff from every division competing in friendly, handcrafted designs.%u2022 Weekly football giveaways maintained engagement throughout the football season, culminating in the Superintendent%u2019s Annual Super Bowl Kickoff Party for Team Palm Beach.%u2022 National Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day was celebrated under the theme Pathways to Possibilities: My Choice, My Future! to introduce children to various career paths. Approximately 200 children visited FHESC to participate in activities organized by various District departments. These activities offered a meaningful look at how departments support each student%u2019s educational journey. Deliberate efforts by leadership resulted in a more connected and professionally fulfilling workplace for staff members.
