Mr. Burke,

Just wanted to let you know how awesome your staff is. Today I called on PJ D’Aoust to assist
me with an SIS issue that I had been trying to get accomplished since the beginning of the
year which technically did not fall under his area.

In a matter of minutes, PJ had the ball rolling and had Dina Guzman assisting me
with the issue which was finally rectified. I cannot say enough about PJ and Dina.
Not only do they do a stellar job but they do it with professionalism
and a pleasant demeanor which makes all the difference in the
world when you are panicking and at your wits end. Sometimes we
feel like we are on an island out in the schools, but your team came
to the rescue and I truly appreciate their hard work.
