ACCOMPLISHMENTS,

AND RECOGNITIONS

The District earned another six years of full accreditation from Cognia, with an
Index of Education Quality (IEQ) score of 350, indicating it meets Cognia’s
accreditation standards. Notable practices were identified, such as the District’s
Strategic Plan promoting continuous improvement processes and a professional
learning program supporting equity-based learning.

FY24 SCHOOL AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS

Ten District-operated high schools were named to the Florida
FY24 Advanced Placement (AP) Honor Roll, which recognizes
schools whose AP programs deliver results for students
while broadening access:
A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts Park Vista Community HS
Atlantic Community HS Spanish River Community HS
Boca Raton Community HS Suncoast HS
Jupiter Community HS Wellington Community HS
Olympic Heights Community HS William T. Dwyer HS

Two District high schools are among the top 100
public high schools in the country,
according to U.S. News & World Report:

A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts is ranked 91
Suncoast HS is ranked 98

School District named among the Best Communities for Music Education
for the eighth consecutive year by the
National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Foundation.

The Adult Education Department was awarded the
Programs Succeed When Learners Lead Incentive grant
in the amount of $2,000 by the Coalition on Adult Basic Education.
