Assessment constitutes 30 percent of the student’s final course grade. Students who do
not take the EOC Assessment will receive an “I” in the course. After the student makes up
the EOC, the final grade will be recalculated.
9. A student must meet satisfactory performance or earn a Level 3 or higher on the
Geometry EOC Assessment to earn a Standard High School Diploma Scholar Designation.
10. Industry certification courses that lead to college credit may substitute for up to two
mathematics credits, not including Algebra 1 or Geometry.
Algebra 1 End-of-Course (EOC) Assessment Requirement
All students enrolled in and completing any of the following courses must take the Algebra 1
EOC Assessment:

Science Requirements for Four-Year 24-Credit Option
1. Three science credits must be earned during high school (Biology 1, physical science, and
