Fine and Performing Arts Requirements for Four-Year 24-Credit Option
Students must earn one credit in fine or performing arts, speech and debate, or a practical arts
course that incorporates artistic content and techniques of creativity, interpretation, and
imagination. [Florida Statute §1003.4282(3)(e)]
Eligible practical arts courses shall be identified through the Florida Department of Education

The Fine and Performing Arts requirement may also be fulfilled by completing the following:
two years of JROTC, a significant portion of which is drills; and
