To further support the mobility of M&PO technicians, the team is preparing to
launch a TRIRIGA Service Request app. This app will enable technicians to
easily submit TRIRIGA service requests while working at facilities throughout
the District. For added convenience, it includes location detection to auto-
select the facility where the user is currently working. The app also integrates
with facility AutoCAD drawings, allowing technicians to view building layouts
and select the specific room for the request directly from the map. Our summer
interns have played a key role in uploading these AutoCAD drawings, helping
expand the number of facilities with interactive maps available in TRIRIGA.

This past summer, a mobile Lease Approval application was released.
Increased use of this application in FY26 by principals and their assistants is
anticipated, enabling them to conveniently view and approve rental contracts
     directly from their phones.

As part of our upcoming Key Management Module, the TRIRIGA team has
developed a fully custom mobile app for both Lock & Window technicians
and school faculty. Technicians will use the app to deliver keys, while faculty
will use it to manage key assignments at their schools. A standout feature
of the app is its virtual employee badge and signature capture
capability, which eliminates the need for paper sign-offs and greatly
     enhances key tracking.

Additionally, the Environmental Control Services (ECS) department
is collaborating with the TRIRIGA team to pilot an ECS Inspection
app, designed for use on iPads by inspectors who conduct air quality
and environmental assessments at District facilities. This initiative
continues the broader effort to phase out paper-based processes
while ensuring secure data storage in TRIRIGA for reporting and
     trend analysis.

Finally, to simplify the TRIRIGA mobile experience, the transition to a
single TRIRIGA tile in the District Portal is underway. When accessed
from a mobile device, this tile will direct users to the mobile TRIRIGA
app. When accessed from a desktop, it will open the traditional
TRIRIGA interface. One place for everything TRIRIGA!

     TRIRIGA Assists with Year End
     Processing and Rollover
As part of the annual fiscal year-end process, several TRIRIGA
modules and dashboards were successfully updated to reflect FY26,
effective July 1. The RES Manager, School Principal, and School
Rental Manager modules have been rolled over to FY26, along with
updates to the Planning Task Manager and COO Dashboard queries.
The ECS-IAQ Dashboard has been updated, and all FY25 ECS-IAQ
records have been archived. TCC records were also archived, and
the system has been updated to support FY26.

In addition to these system updates, new hurricane fund strips were
created for FY26, and organizational fund strips were established
for Maintenance & Plant Operations (M&PO), Security Systems,
and School Food Service. All active and draft work tasks from
FY25 have been reviewed, budget checked, and updated to reflect
FY26 funding. These updates ensure a smooth transition into the
new fiscal year and continued alignment with department planning,
budgeting, and reporting activities. Page 19
