NOW USERS GROUP
SNUG
An important part of our
ServiceNow implementation to
replace eSupport is to collaborate with
other ServiceNow customers, which includes
becoming an active member of South Florida
SNUG. SNUG members include FPL, Publix,
Starbucks, FIU, Memorial HealthCare System,
BankUnited, and several other South Florida companies
and organizations that rely on ServiceNow.
On October 1, 2024, Kara Rubinson gave a presentation
to SNUG members on “PBC School District Enterprise
Service Management with ServiceNow”. The
presentation was well received and included
information on our overall project to migrate to
ServiceNow, project goals/objectives, the
project’s current status, and what we
plan to accomplish in 2025.
