I would like you to know what a tremendous help Ray Smith was
in supporting a time-sensitive project for the STEM Curriculum
Team.

He was able to meet with me and explain the details of WCMS
so that I would be comfortable using it as well as provide me
with information about the transition to School Messenger. When
there were facets of the project that would have taken me quite
a while to complete under our tight deadline, he graciously
volunteered to help me out and complete some of those tasks for
our team.

Many thanks to Ray for his support & “customer service” with
this project!

Hello all,

I am so grateful to everyone for the immediate attention to
my computer issues!! San knew exactly what to do and handled
everything expeditiously and with outstanding professionalism.

PBCSD IT support group, Maryse Tousaint. Maryse Tousaint
was extremely knowledgeable, spoke eloquently and resolved my
technical issue today in a timely manner. She went above and
