Hello Mr. Wilhelm,

This won’t take long but I want to let you know my experience
with Ms. Sims.
KUDOS
I usually don’t have much luck getting my forms approved the
first time they are transmitted, I can understand the reasoning
because many people don’t double check that we are a conversion
charter so they are automatically rejected. I want to let you
know that Dorothy Sims has treated me the way I treat others;
she knows me/us and understands my frustrations, always taking
time to attend to my needs and since I am fairly new to my
position, she goes the extra mile to explain the whats and whys
of the paperwork for me to learn.

Please know you have a great IT Analyst on your team with Ms.
Sims.

Good Morning Deepak & Dawn,

FYI... I’m sitting in the District Audit Committee meeting in
the Board Room. M Burke & N Samuels just gave a “New Drop Safe
Log Process & System” presentation to the committee. They both
gave a lot of kudos to IT for building the eForms & document
mgmt system that handles the process for all school bookkeepers
& the Accounting Dept. The committee chair also mentioned IT’s
big role in this important enterprise process improvement.
Ricky, Debbie, Michele & Valerie deserve the credit for its
success.
