PHONE SYSTEM
UPGRADE PROGRESS
The Avaya/AT&T phone system upgrade has surpassed a major milestone
- Over 100 sites have been newly equipped and converted. In 2021, the
remaining elementary schools and most ancillary locations will receive the
upgrade. In addition, all Call Centers will be upgraded and run on a new Call
Management System.
