MESSAGE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT

Parents and Guardians,

As Superintendent, I have the privilege of championing the 330+ Choice and Career
programs offered by the School District of Palm Beach County. This booklet is your
guide to the enriching and engaging Choice and Career programs available from
pre-kindergarten to grade 12 students in Palm Beach County for the 2025-2026
school year.

Our School District is committed to providing a comprehensive educational
experience that will prepare students for the ever-evolving business needs of
tomorrow. We believe offering these robust programs is instrumental in empowering
our students to gain a competitive edge in securing a job or pursuing further
education. We combine rigorous academics with Choice and Career programs that
include specialized career and technical education as well as 100+ different industry
certifications.
Our programs are designed with students’ futures in mind, preparing them to succeed in college, meet projected
workforce needs, and pursue their dreams. Beginning in elementary school, students have opportunities to pursue
specialized instruction in programs strategically placed across our community. Throughout this guide, you’ll see
programs that include:

Families are invited to explore these diverse programs, which offer a wide range of rigorous coursework, from STEM
programs to humanities and fine arts. Our students are exposed to real-world scenarios through hands-on projects,
collaboration with companies, and community service opportunities. Many of these programs collaborate directly with
local businesses and organizations to provide students with practical experience and a deeper understanding of their
studies.
