 The stop should not be on a curve or the blind side of a hill
 The stop must be more than 300 feet from a railroad crossing
 Stops should be made before a turn lane begins or after a merge lane ends.

Do not hesitate to consult with your supervisor if you are unsure of a safe location for a bus stop.
