Planning and Real Estate Services facilitates the preparation of the 5-Year Capital Plan; assists with the development of school boundaries; administers the Address Verification Policy; School Concurrency; develops GIS/Maps and manages "Find My School"; and pursues grants. Also, responsible for the acquisition of land needed for new schools, modernizations and additions, and ancillary and support facilities; leasing of School District property and other properties for School District use.
