103Employee WellnessBehavioral Health Virtual Visits Virtual behavioral health visits emerged during COVID and have continued to grow, with utilization increasing throughout FY25 as a result of targeted member outreach campaigns. Currently, virtual visits account for roughly half of all behavioral health appointments compared to traditional in-office visits. This shift has provided members with faster access to care at a lower overall cost.Health Rewards ProgramThe Health Rewards program engages a significant number of employees and their spouses/domestic partners in completing a biometric screening, a health survey, and either meeting three out of five biometric markers or fulfilling a reasonable alternative. Each year, more than 10,000 employees participate in the program, earning a credit toward their health insurance premiums while supporting their overall well-being. Nurse at WorkUHC%u2019s Nurse at Work program continued to have great engagement and success in FY25. Key indicators show that employees engaged with the nurse have high decision making, lower adjusted risk scores, higher Primary Care Physician engagement, and lower hospital admissions.On-Site Dedicated Service Account Managers The District has two dedicated on-site UnitedHealthcare representatives available to assist members. These representatives are based in the District%u2019s headquaer (Fulton-Holland Education Services Center) and are also accessible virtually and by phone during normal District hours.Advocate4MeIn addition to assisting members with navigating their benefits, Advocates play a critical role in advancing health equity. These highly trained professionals engage members in conversations that explore their overall well-being, not just the immediate reason for their call. Through this broader dialogue, Advocates can identify and address additional factors that influence health outcomes, helping to close the gaps noted above and supporting members in achieving healthier lives.Advocate4Me is UnitedHealthcare%u2019s innovative customer service solution; a one stop shop for a member%u2019s questions about their healthcare. Advocates provide support across a wide range of needs, from explaining claims to helping members estimate costs in advance. They assist members in answering questions such as:%u2022 Is this treatment covered?%u2022 How much will I have to pay for a test my doctor wants me to get?%u2022 What does this charge mean on my bill? And why is it this amount?%u2022 Can you help explain my benefits and what I need to do?%u2022 If I need to find a new doctor, can you help me?Advocates will also let members know if they qualify for any programs or additional support from nurses and other clinicians.
