        Strategic Plan Implementation

Looking back on FY24, the District’s Strategic Plan yielded accomplishments across the four pivotal themes: Academic
Excellence and Growth, fostering a dynamic learning environment that nurtures both intellectual achievement and personal
development; Student-Focused Culture, ensuring that every student feels valued and empowered to thrive academically
and personally; Mental Health & Wellness, prioritizing the holistic well-being of students and staff alike, thereby creating
a foundation for sustained success; and Committed and Impactful Employees, recognizing and empowering the dedicated
professionals whose passion and expertise drive positive outcomes for the entire school community. Through steadfast
