Possible Entry Criteria in Grade 3 For AMP 3

Mastery of all Grade 2 Standards using the following indicators:
 Grade 2 Unit Standards Assessments (USA) and Florida Standards Quizzes (FSQ)
 Grade 2 End of Year Assessment
 Exemplary in Mathematics on Standards-Based Report Card in Grade 2
 Meet all expectations on Characteristics of Proficient Learners on Standards-Based
Report Card
 Student must demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality
 Student Overall placement of “Early Grade 3” or beyond on third iReady Diagnostic
Assessment
 Teacher recommendation
 Performance Contract

Possible Entry Criteria in Grade 4 For AMP 4 For Students That Did Not Complete AMP3

Mastery of all Grade 3 Standards and AMP 3 Grade 4 Standards using the following indicators:
 Grade 3 Unit Standards Assessments (USA) and Florida Standards Quizzes (FSQ)
 Grade 3 End of Year Assessment and AMP Entrance Grade 3 Part 2 Grade 4 Skills
Assessment
 Achievement Level 5 on Florida Standards Assessment

 Exemplary in Mathematics on Standards-Based Report in Grade 3
 Meet all expectations on Characteristics of Proficient Learners on Standards-Based
Report Card
 Student must demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality
 Student Overall placement of “Middle Grade 4” or beyond on third iReady Diagnostic
Assessment
 Teacher recommendation
 Performance Contract
