As  an  additional  enhancement  to  this  suite  of  applications,  TRIRIGA
     developers  are  finalizing  an  application  called  the  Work Planner,  designed
     to  work  in  tandem  with  the  Work Task App. The  Work  Planner  is  a  robust,
     yet  user-friendly,  application  aimed  at  M&PO  team  leaders  responsible  for
     assigning technicians to work tasks. This application introduces a drag-and-
     drop  capability,  streamlining  the  process  of  task  assignment,  and  provides
     visualizations  of  workloads  through  a  40-hour  “bucket”  for  each  technician.
     With the Work Planner, M&PO teams can easily and efficiently assign work,
     update cost estimates, and plan weeks in advance.

     The IWMS team’s ongoing commitment to modernizing the TRIRIGA ecosystem
     has resulted in the successful development of these three innovative applications.
     These tools collectively enhance the efficiency of the maintenance operations
     - providing technicians, service reps, and managers with intuitive solutions for
     task management, time tracking, and workload planning. As we look to the
     future,  these  advancements  signify  dedication  to  leveraging  technology  to
     streamline processes, ultimately contributing to a more agile and responsive
     maintenance environment within our District.
