Culinary Arts Available School Options
The Culinary Arts program curriculum provides the opportunity for students to
train for a variety of careers in the field of food service and preparation. Academic Choice

Cybersecurity Available School Options
The Cybersecurity Academy is supported by The Frederick A. DeLuca Foundation
and the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County. This program offers high Choice
school students an opportunity to begin a pathway to prepare for in demand · Santaluces Community High
careers stressing personal accountability and the importance of taking proactive In–House: None available
steps to enhance cybersecurity at work and at home. A sequence of courses
provides coherent and rigorous content aligned with challenging academic
standards and relevant technical knowledge and skills needed to prepare for further
education and cybersecurity-related careers. The curriculum includes, but is not
limited to, foundational knowledge and skills in computer and network security,
security vulnerabilities, attack mechanisms and techniques, intrusion detection and
prevention, risk identification, incidence response, access control, and recovery.
Specialized courses focus on database security, planning and analysis, software,
and web security. Students who graduate from this program earn the skills as an
Information Security Analyst and can earn a variety of different related industry
certification required by potential future employers. All students applying to this
program must meet the following eligibility criteria: 2.5 GPA.

Dance
The Dance program offers rigorous instruction for the serious dance student. Dance Choice
enables students to develop an appreciation for the art of Dance through a holistic · A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts
approach. Students learn about various dance styles, including Ballet, Modern, Jazz · Boynton Beach Community High
and Contemporary classes on a weekly basis, develop physical strength, flexibility · West Boca Raton Community High

graceful coordination, balance & control of movements and most of all appreciate
artistic growth. All students applying to these programs must meet the following
eligibility criteria: 2.0 GPA and an eligible audition score.
