To bring consistency and alignment with K-5 after-school
programs, the department rolled out the Eleyo system
to middle school after-school programs. Eleyo is an
integrated software platform that simplifies registration,
payments, attendance tracking, and communication for
after-school programs. With more than 3,500 enrolled
students, this implementation features:

• An online portal that parents utilize to register their
children for after-school programs, reducing the
need for paper forms and manual processes.

tracking of student participation.
