DEPARTMENT: TECHNICAL OPERATIONS
New Employee: Mervin Ramnaraine
Mervin is IT Manager for the Technical Operations
Department. He came from being IT Manager at
Florida Atlantic University. Mervin likes his new
environment saying, “the people are friendly and
welcoming. Although I have been here for less than
three months, I already feel like part of the team.”
Mervin’s closest relatives are his parents
and sister.

DEPARTMENT: TECHNICAL OPERATIONS
New Employee: Esdras Adames Perez
Esdras is a Senior Tech Analyst for the Technical
Operations Department. His last job was as an IT
and Web Specialist for Generations Gold. Esdras was
attracted to Palm Beach County for its proximity
to family and the amenities of the area. Esdras
is newly married; he and his wife, Julia, have
appreciated being warmly welcomed. He says he is
“learning a lot from his peers and looks forward to
contributing to the Division.”

DEPARTMENT: ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS
New Employee: Zoey Aaron
In March 2019, Zoey Aaron transferred from Poinciana
Elementary to Enterprise Applications to join the
Design and Development Team as a Technical Analyst.
In her new role, Zoey designs and codes custom
software applications to meet customer requirements.
Zoey has been a great addition to the team!
