                                            I am employed at a Florida Correctional Institution. I
                                            was referred to Ms. Renea Weller who told us what we
                                            needed and how to go about completing the process to
                                      KUDOS
                                            obtain a student’s record. Ms. Weller was very efficient
                                            as she walked us through the entire process from start
                                            to finish. We were able to get exactly what we needed in
                                            record time. I could not allow an opportunity to pass to
                                            give her a pat on the back!

                                            Geoffrey is very professional, thorough, detailed,
                                            experienced, and persistent.
                                            It is a joy to work with him; he is a wonderful addition
                                            to our team.

                                            Kudos to Geoff for taking a process currently running over
                                            3 hours in HRPRD down to about 20 minutes.

                                            I want to compliment Maryse Toussaint for assisting me
                                            with a particularly frustrated teacher for the better
                                            part of an hour over the phone. It was a prime example
                                            of how to provide polite customer service, even when the
                                            customer is not.

                                            I reached out to San to ask if he could try to
                                            troubleshoot my new MacBook Air. He went above and
                                            beyond when he came to my school on a Friday afternoon
                                            and stayed until the work was done! He further asked
                                            about other devices and helped with other issues on our
                                            campus. San is truly an asset to our entire District and
                                            I appreciate his willingness to help!

                                            I attended Dale Blomberg’s PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
                                            classes; and I just wanted to say thank you so much for
                                            teaching us to the point I could even help others.
