Board Policy 3.961, Drug and Alcohol Policy for Employees Performing Safety Sensitive Functions
and Holders of Commercial Drivers Licenses in accordance with the Omnibus Transportation
Employee Testing Act ("OTETA") and the regulations of the Federal Highway Administration
("FHWA") contained in 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382. The Policy is separate from and in addition to any
other District drug and/or alcohol testing policies.
