Traffic violations not listed above will be assigned points according to Fl. DHSMV, FL Statutes 2011 –
Driving Violations or later revision.

REMEDIATION

A driver may be required to attend remedial training if the driver accrues at least eight (8) points under
the Safe Driver Plan in any school year or they are involved in a preventable accident. Additionally,
any School Bus Driver determined to lack proficiency to ensure a safe ride for students subsequent
to an observation by their supervisor shall be subject to remedial training.
