Wellness Promotion Collaboration Team (WPCT)

In FY22, the Wellness Promotion Collaboration Team (WPCT) continued to move wellness initiatives forward.
This organized team must meet at least bi-annually per the Wellness Promotion Policy (WPP) 2.035, and this
team met four times. The membership of the WPCT team continued to grow and it included many members
knowledgeable about all of the ten (10) Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) components
as we worked in tandem to support the District’s compliance with this Policy and our overall wellness efforts.

The WPCT SharePoint site continued to be shared by the WPCT members to collaborate and include agendas,
contacts, resources, and a shared Google calendar for events to be included for all of the 10 WSCC components.

• October 21, 2021 – Agenda and PPT Slide Deck Presentation
• January 20, 2022 – Agenda and PPT Slide Deck Presentation
• March 10, 2022 – Agenda and PPT Slide Deck Presentation
• May 5, 2022 – Agenda and PPT Slide Deck Presentation

Due to the pandemic and its limitations, the WPCT discussed the postponement of the ‘Wellness Promotion
Policy (2.035) - Required School Assessment’ in FY22 and the WPP 2.035 revisions and adoption until FY23 and
FY24, respectively.
