To: Jeancarlos Abreu
Jeancarlos,
I just wanted to let you know that the new packages for these
programs, particularly Console 8, have been lifesavers.
As I’m sure you know, previously, every time Console 8 had an
update the labs had to be updated manually, one machine at
time. That was tedious.
With the new packages Console 8 updates automatically: this
saves us at least four hours, a half day, a month!
That is about the amount of time spent with the classroom
teacher manually installing the updates.
And what’s even better than that, is that students no longer
log into the program to take an exam only to find out they
can’t because there’s a new update that it needs!
These new packages have been a real WIN-WIN scenario: The
kids have MUCH fewer service interruptions, AND it saves the
staff HOURS!
Thanks again!!!

Thank you Beth Parsley! Being out of the District and working

done any of it without your expert assistance/service
