Teacher Evaluation Technical
Support -
Since 2011, the IT Division has annually provided support to the Professional
Development Department regarding teacher and instructional administrator annual
evaluations. This support is provided through development and maintenance of
an extensive online evaluation tracking system which calculates an employee’s
evaluation based on data provided by various sources, including State of Florida
Department of Education and LSI (a third party vendor).
These evaluations are currently used to calculate salary adjustments for instructional
personnel as well as being reported to the State DOE. In addition, a mid-year
evaluation is calculated for first-year teachers and reported to the DOE in mid-
February for Staff Survey 3.

ready to go. The joint effort of both teams allowed students to be well prepared for
acceptance into their dream college or university.
