                                                            Support -

Since 2011, the IT Division has annually provided support to the Professional
Development Department regarding teacher and instructional administrator annual
evaluations. This support is provided through development and maintenance of
an extensive online evaluation tracking system which calculates an employee’s
evaluation based on data provided by various sources, including State of Florida
Department of Education and LSI (a third party vendor).

These evaluations are currently used to calculate salary adjustments for instructional
personnel as well as being reported to the State DOE. In addition, a mid-year
evaluation is calculated for first-year teachers and reported to the DOE in mid-
                                            February for Staff Survey 3.

Acceptable Use of Technology by Employees, and the corresponding course
in eLearning has been updated to reflect new rules and guidelines. The course
is available in PeopleSoft eLearning, and all employees have been automatically

                                            the end of April 2017.

During the January 24 and 25 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)
and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI) Recruitment Tour, a Records Management
team printed 445 transcripts for high school seniors applying to universities and
colleges. This accomplishment was possible due to the assistance of an onsite IT
team, which ensured all necessary equipment and infrastructure were set up and
ready to go. The joint effort of both teams allowed students to be well prepared for
acceptance into their dream college or university.
