Employee Satisfaction and Wellness Survey
        The District’s Stay Survey was updated and recreated to include questions regarding employees' knowledge of mental
        health resources, how they receive their wellness information, and their interests in mental health education. The survey
        was available for employees to complete in March and April 2024. Over 5,000 employees completed the survey.

        The Employee Wellness Initiative: A Year of Success
        The initiative made employees more aware of the resources available to improve and maintain their mental wellness. This
        was evident through:

          •  The creation of more relaxation rooms around the District.
          •  Survey results indicating that employees were aware of the resources available.
          •  Increased participation in the Healthy Thinking & Healthy Living VENG.
          •  Productive and real-time use of the School Police Peer Support Group.
          •  Feedback from employees about the helpfulness of the resources provided.
          •  Greater engagement with principals and various departments in the work of the initiative via staff meetings.
          •  Data collection on where the United Healthcare and Health Advocate services were utilized as an indicator of
            awareness of what is available.
