Behavioral Health Continuum of Care
A central component of initiative C.2c is ensuring all
District employees know about the available mental
health and wellness resources. The Continuum of
Care was updated in FY24 to include more resources,
and organize the information so employees could
better understand what is available to them.
The continuum was also made available in three
languages.
The initiative made the Continuum of Care document
available to District staff in the form of:
• Employee Wellness website on the HUB
• Posters SDPBC Behavioral Health Continuum
• Bulletin #PD 24-239 CFO
Voluntary Employee Networking Group: Healthy Thinking & Healthy
Living
The District’s Voluntary Employee Networking Groups (VENG) provide
professional and personal growth opportunities to foster an inclusive
organizational culture. The networking groups are employee-led and formed
around common demographics, characteristics, or shared interests.
Initiative C.2c workgroup created the Healthy Thinking & Healthy Living
VENG to engage employees with their colleagues around mental wellness
topics and learn more about resources available to them that will help on
their journeys in mental wellness. This VENG enrolled 125 employees into the
group this year. The group is proudly represented among the VENG groups
listed below:

Care and Connect

in a way that acknowledges everyone needs help at some point in their life.
