 Real Appeal 2019  Nurse at Work
 Employee Wellness and UnitedHealthcare have continued to promote Real Appeal.  As a group, employees   Your members nurse liaison Gail Diedrick, RN, promotes the use of clinical programs, disease management,

        On-Site Reps


        The School District of Palm Beach County has dedicated on-site UnitedHealthcare representatives available
        to assist members.  Ms. Phara Poulard at (561) 434-8092 and Ms. Shanti Rohit at (561) 357-7564 are located
        in the Fulton-Holland Educational Services Center building and are available during normal District hours.
        Ms. Poulard and Ms. Rohit have offered a warm smiles and voices to help members navigate through their
        healthcare questions.
