Back to School Risk Reduction Strategies
Modified Activities
Before & After School Programs
According to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) guidelines, there will be a limited number of spots available at each
school. This availability is on a first come, first serve basis and students will be added to a waitlist according to the order of their
registration. Parents on the waitlist will be contacted if a spot becomes available.
Elementary Programs:
✓ Morning and after school programming will begin the first day that students return to brick and mortar.
✓ Contact the school’s after school regarding registration requirements.
✓ Registrations are paper-based and by appointment only.
✓ Parents will be contacted to schedule an appointment to register their child.
✓ A $25.00 registration fee is required at the time of registration.
21st CCLC Programs:
✓ Programming will begin the first day that students return to brick and mortar.
✓ Contact the school’s 21st CCLC Site Coordinator regarding registration requirements.
✓ Registrations are paper-based and online (school’s preference).
MSAS (Middle School After School):
✓ Morning care will begin on the second school day after students return to brick and mortar.
✓ Registrations are paper-based and online (school’s preference).
✓ Contact the school’s After School Director regarding the fee schedule and registration fee.
✓ After school clubs & activities will be limited and begin when able to do so safely.
✓ Activity buses will be available two weeks after students return to brick and mortar.
