Matthew Nozykowski

IT Enterprise Applications

Technical Analyst III

Matthew Nozykowski is a former Palm Beach County student and
Florida State University graduate with a strong foundation in client
services, enterprise IT applications, and account management. He
currently works in IT Enterprise Applications.

He brings over three years of experience from Granite
Telecommunications, where he advanced through several analyst
roles, consistently delivering high-quality support to clients and
strengthening long-term business relationships. He also worked with all
the telecommunication methods and services Granite offered involving
VOIP, DIA, and Broadband. His career also includes experience in
sales and account coordination roles at Acosta and Compass Health
Insurance, building a well-rounded skill set in communication, problem-
solving, and data analysis. Matthew is passionate about technology,
relationship management, and driving results through strategic service
and innovation. When not working, Matthew enjoys going out on the
boat fishing or wakeboarding.

Steven Persaud

IT Infrastructure & Systems Support

Senior Technical Analyst

Steven Persaud joined the School District in 2025 as an Technical
Analyst III, and now serves as a Senior Technical Analyst. He brings
over 14 years of experience in business consulting and IT infrastructure
support. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has earned
multiple certifications in the field. Prior to joining the District, he
operated his own consulting firm, providing strategic IT and business
solutions to clients in the legal, medical, and real estate sectors. Steven
enjoys collaborating with teams to solve complex challenges and ensure
smooth operations. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and hockey,
and spending time with his wife and two sons.
