SUBJECT: Timesheet Upload Process

Good afternoon, I would like to take a few minutes to let you know that
a process that Geoff and Carissa worked on has saved our department
hours of work. Workshops previously had to be manually entered on
the timesheet. Over the summer, our department receives thousands of
these that need to be entered for employees. Geoff and Carissa modified
a timesheet load process so that workshops could be uploaded to
timesheets that included the combo code for correct funding. Thanks to
their effort, our team was able to work on other tasks that needed their
prompt attention.
