     Hi Dawn, I want to let you know how much support Willy provided
     during the Hurricane Milton district closure. Not only did Willy monitor
     and ensure all production environments were operational, he also:

     •  Monitored all non-production environments

     •  Performed migrations for ERP team

     •  Held the ERP Change Control meeting on Friday

     •  Provided weekend support from Friday  evening to Saturday
        morning to HR/Jackie Cean so that she could process salary
        increases

     •  Provided support and coordination to refresh three TST
        environments so the ERP Functional Team could begin to use it
        first thing Monday morning (10/14) for the ERP PIC/Tools Upgrade
        Project

     Thank You Willy for all this above and beyond support during the
     District shutdown!

     SUBJECT: PBPULL school billing processes
     Hi Sara, Thank you for Kumar’s effort in working with Eli to address
     most of the issues in the PBPULL school billing processes. This is
     the third bug resolved in the past few months, and one more to go.
     The resolutions improved the school, Accounting, and School Police
     department efficiency.
