EDPLAN PARENT CONNECT:
STREAMLINING IEP/504

ACCESS FOR FAMILIES

EdPlan Parent Connect allows parents and guardians to virtually access
their students’ IEP documents, submit responses and electronically sign
documents. It is intended to empower parents and guardians to support
students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 Plans, while also
providing secure vital access to IEP documents, progress reports, and other
critical educational information. Parents or guardians can use the EdPlan
Connect parent portal anytime, but it is commonly used to provide virtual
access to electronically sign documents. Parents of multiple students can
access the EdPlan parent portal for all their children from one place. Key
features of EdPlan Parent Connect include:

• Virtual Document Access - Securely view and download IEP
documents and progress reports.
• Electronic Signature Capabilities - Conveniently submit
responses and electronically sign documents, beneficial for those
unable to attend in-person IEP meetings.
• Centralized Access for Multiple Students - Parents with multiple
children can manage all their students’ educational plans from a
single, unified portal.
