Ron, Thanks for chatting earlier today. Like I
shared, I wanted you and your team to know how much
the Caring First application and time reports are
used as a part of our day to day work in the co-
located mental health professional initiative.

Day to Day, In the Moment. My team uses Caring
First time reports on a daily basis. We verify
attendance and work hours. When in meetings with
Agency Supervisors, we access time reports to review
referrals, services, caseloads etc. I often pull
reports in the moment when asked for information
about the initiative…

So...yes. We are much better at what we do
because of the application and time reports. I
know sometimes we go back and forth with eSupport
Tickets, but that’s because it really does help us
to improve mental health services for kids.
