     I wanted to tell you of the good work Roberto Suarez
     is doing.  I was having trouble with an application
     on my PC and he fixed it remotely. I was also having
     trouble with my laptop and could not VPN into
     work. He fixed that also. I have been here 14 years
     and this is the best customer service I have ever
     received at the district.

     Great news - we were able to get all of the data
     needed into Clever and provisioned the admins last
     night!  They should now all be able to access their
     admin accounts in Paper using the tile in the
     Portal. Thanks to the support of Dawn’s group to
     help make this happen!

     together the data we need to make the adjustment.
