the assistance I received on July 22 from Anne-Marie
Haddad. She took her time to respond to my emails,
as well as provided a very thorough live online
session via zoom to help me navigate TRIRIGA and
create my very first lease.

Anne-Marie is an amazing, patient, and dedicated
employee who made my first time experience as a new
leasing coordinator at my site a smooth and
efficient one.

Employee Evaluation App

I want to share the amazing dedication of the
team in IT Applications. Under Kara Rubinson and
her leadership, there is a team of application
developers led by Ron Monbleau. I have never worked
with a group of employees that was more dedicated
to excellence and customer satisfaction. Ron’s team
of Brad Warren, Eddie Amisial, Greg Krieger, and
Raymond Smith worked non-stop to deliver the new
non-instructional application. There was a tight
deadline and the unpredictable complexities of
how schools/departments do business. The app team
maintained a focus on customer satisfaction and
calmly problem-solved every obstacle. I witnessed
Ron’s leadership and agile project management as
well as Brad’s leadership and reassuring demeanor to
find resolutions. Finally, being down 2 team members
they even sacrificed their personal time (late hours
and vacation) to ensure on time completion.

I want to nominate Ron and his team (Brad, Eddie,
Greg, & Ray) for a “You Rock” Award for their
dedication to HR core values of Customer Service and
Driving Innovation.
