Good Afternoon Ms. Parker,
Firstly, I should have emailed you about a month ago to
tell you about how extraordinary the Team of Roberto, Ray,
Stan, and Ray were when they came to assist with our gym and
football field audio. Not only did they diagnose the issue in
record time, they provided me with a series of helpful hints
to help me handle minor issues. The incredible part is that
I was actually able to retain some of their information (I
am not a technical guy), providing credence to their stellar
instructional capabilities. Of all of my interactions with
district personnel, your crew is at the top of my list as far
as friendliest and proficiency!
Having said that, do you think it would be possible to have
the A-Team (my official name for them) to come out to Glades
Central to help out with our audio in the Auditorium. I had
Terry Summerrall here as you recommended to take a look at
our lights, but while he was here he also took a look at our
audio and determined that the “Digital Signal Processor” was
malfunctioning and that your crew would be better equipped
to handle such an issue. As you know, we hold graduation on
campus in the gym with the excess parents in the auditorium.
TEN Network will patch into our Auditorium Audio, but it is
currently malfunctioning. I will not be on campus tomorrow or
next Friday, but any other day would be great to see the A-Team
if possible. Thank you for your time and consideration. Have
an awesome day!!

Abdul & Michael - I would like to thank the both of you for
resolving the issue with Print Artist.
I know that the work you do is usually thankless and instead of
thanks you usually only hear complaints or why did it take so
long to fix something but I would like to thank the both of you
and anyone else that worked on the issue.
The staff and administration at Pierce Hammock thank you also.
Thanks again.
