I wanted to let you know about a exceptional person with our
PBCSD IT support group, Maryse Tousaint. Maryse Tousaint
was extremely knowledgeable, spoke eloquently and resolved my
technical issue today in a timely manner. She went above and
beyond with her kind assistance and worked diligently until
all avenues of discovery were applied. Thank you for hiring
someone so astute and efficient. Well done!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say Thank You for all
of the IT support you and your team
offered to us during FSA testing.

During this time, our school was without an STST; you and your
team - Tony and Charlie, jumped right in to help.
We appreciate your willingness to adjust your schedules in
order to help ensure that the needs of our students,
teachers, and infrastructure were intact each day of testing.
