       5. Storage Area Network (SAN) Replacement: Infrastructure, IT Operations
& Project Management teams worked together to successfully replace
our 12+ year-old SAN with a modern NetApp SAN at all three district
sites (FHESC, SITV & NWRDC) providing high availability to our

          24GB.

       7. Server Upgrades: All elementary school servers have been upgraded.
                                                                                      Contact us

We have many priorities in the upcoming year and FY20, such as preparing District Cellular Device:
for the Windows 7 end of life, SIS Adult and After School Care module PBSD 2317
implementation, upgrading the District portal, a District-wide phone system

schools – and last but certainly not least, to continue to provide IT Project Request (for TCC):
Management services to all our District key projects and strategic initiatives. PBSD 2199

                                                                                      Third Party (Non Employee)
In the July 2018 release of our District’s FY18 Department Quality Services District Network Access Request:
Survey (DQS), the IT Division was named the top Division based on the input PBSD 2413
from our schools for overall satisfaction with the quality of services provided
across the District in FY18. This is no easy feat and I personally thank each eSupport
and every employee for their continuous drive in achieving that appreciation Mainframe Access
from our schools for their outstanding services this year, as well as in the (formerly PBSD 1362)
