HIGH SCHOOL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Eligibility Requirements
In order to be considered in the lottery selection process, applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria. The criteria listed below is for
entering 9th graders. Additional criteria may be recommended for ascending grade levels in certain programs. The GPA for 9th grade
applicants is calculated by averaging the unweighted GPA of the last marking period of 7th grade and the first two marking periods of

8th grade. The unweighted cumulative GPA will be used to determine eligibility for 10 -12 grade applicants. Trimester grades will be
considered based on their trimester GPA calculations.
