          Educator Support Program
The Educator Support Program (ESP) has significantly improved the onboarding and induction experience
for new educators. To assist the FY25 cohort, the program focused on efficiency by streamlining registration,
ensuring clear status monitoring, and providing resources to enhance communication and engagement for
          new employees.
School leaders have real-time access to participant status, which allows for proactive support and oversight.
Four virtual check-in sessions throughout the year enabled ESP contacts and lead mentors to collaborate
with specialists from the Department of Professional Development, ensuring the program's fidelity and
          effectiveness.
Beginning teachers benefited from expanded professional learning opportunities focused on critical areas
such as classroom management, Exceptional Student Education (ESE) strategies, and student engagement.
