                                    EDUCATE | AFFIRM | INSPIRE 153Leadership Induction and MentoringThe Assistant Principal Induction Program and the Principal Induction Academy provided structured support for newly appointed leaders. In partnership with the National Association of Elementary School Principals, the department expanded its mentoring model. More than 70 principal mentors were trained to support first- and second-year principals, further strengthening the District%u2019s leadership pipeline.Leadership Development PipelineOpportunities were tailored to each educator%u2019s stage of career readiness. These programs built skills progressively, keeping participants connected to school-based responsibilities while preparing them for advancement.Exploring Leadership Academy This academy introduces foundational concepts of school leadership. In FY26, 19 educators participated in the program, which focused on collaboration and professional dialogue.Leadership for Excellence in Education QualityLeadership for Excellence in Education Quality (ExEQ), a 22-month master%u2019s-level partnership with Florida Atlantic University, allows participants to earn a master%u2019s degree in Educational Leadership.%u2022 Cohort 7 graduated 13 candidates.%u2022 Cohort 8 included 27 candidates.%u2022 Cohort 9 expanded to 36 candidates, reflecting sustained interest in this accelerated pathway.FY26 Principal Induction Academy
